Williams is seeking a highly skilled individual for the role of Measurement Analyst in Calgary, Alberta.
Serving as the focal point in the Operations and Commercial team, this role is mainly responsible for coordinating and analyzing Williams Energy Canada's plant balance and inventory measurement processes and systems. This position requires a high level of accuracy to ensure timely compilation of measurement data for use in revenue allocation and for management review of performance.
Specifically, you will:

Maintain compliance with the related SOX processes;
Analyze measurement information to ensure the accuracy of volumetric and compositional calculations;
Resolve any plant balancing or inventory measurement system issues;
Proactively communicate with both internal and external customers to resolve any system balance or measurement issues;
Understand and support various commercial agreements as part of the overall commercial management team;
Coordinate and manage the commercial team's use of customer engagement processes and tools.

In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, you are experienced in liquids and gas measurement. Ideally you have expertise with facility balancing for systems with more than one feed supply. You are experienced with meters and analyzers and you are familiar with measurement standards and industry best practices.
Preferably, you have experience with commercial contracts and ensuring measurement requirements are achieved.

You are detail oriented, highly organized, and able to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner. You will have a strong customer service focus necessary to foster relationships with key stakeholders, and be skilled in managing multiple priorities.
